Creamy Garlic Parmesan Corn


Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠4-6 ears of corn, husked and silked
•⁠  ⁠1 cup of heavy cream 
•⁠  ⁠1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
•⁠  ⁠2 cloves garlic, minced
•⁠  ⁠1 tsp lemon juice
•⁠  ⁠Salt and pepper to taste
•⁠  ⁠2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives (optional)


Instructions:

1.⁠ ⁠Grill or boil corn until tender.
2.⁠ ⁠In a skillet over medium heat, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3.⁠ ⁠Pour creamy garlic Parmesan sauce onto grilled or boiled corn.
4.⁠ ⁠Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.⁠ ⁠Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.
