Ingredients:
• 4-6 ears of corn, husked and silked
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives (optional)
Instructions:
1. Grill or boil corn until tender.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Pour creamy garlic Parmesan sauce onto grilled or boiled corn.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.
