Chicken Wings




Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Baked Beans Ingredients:
2 cans (15 oz each) of your favorite baked beans
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup diced onions
4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped (optional)
Mac & Cheese Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions:

Chicken Wings:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper.
Toss the chicken wings in the marinade until they’re evenly coated.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Baked Beans:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a baking dish, mix together the baked beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, diced onions, and chopped bacon if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the beans are hot and bubbly.

Mac & Cheese:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it’s lightly golden.
Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.
Serve hot.
