Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs


2 boxes strawberries

1 box of white cake mix

3/4 cup of Greek vanilla yogurt

2 egg whites

1 1/3 cups of water

1 bag of white chocolate chips


Combine cake flour, Greek yogurt, egg whites and water in a bowl.

Stir until smooth and pour into a greased cake pan or casserole dish. (9x13)

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, or according to the directions on the box.

Cut the stems off the strawberries, halving if necessary to get an even size.

Cut shortbread into 2-inch cubes. Take a kebab and alternate strawberries and shortbread chunks. (I like to do three or four per stick).

In a glass bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave for about two minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

Once fully melted, place it in a large plastic bag and cut off the top of the corners. Drizzle the kebabs and set in the refrigerator.
