200 grams of candy cakes (Bastogne but own brand of the supermarket)

100 grams of cream butter

1 bar of white chocolate (100 grams)

1 bar of milk chocolate (100 grams)

1 bar of pure chocolate (100 grams)

250 ml of whipped cream

400 grams of Greek yogurt


Grease a springform pan (22cm) and line with parchment paper.
Break up the marshmallows. Melt the creamed butter without letting it brown. Toss cookie crumbs with butter, then spread them over bottom of springform pan; squeeze well with rounded edge of spoon. Put the spring rolls in the refrigerator.
Melt a bar of chocolate in a water bath. Meanwhile, 1/3 of the whipped cream has solidified. Infuse 1/3 of the Greek yogurt, then melted chocolate. Sharing this via Breadcrumb Flooring. and cover it in the refrigerator. Repeat these steps for the other two chocolate bars, allowing 1.5 to 2 hours in between (white chocolate takes a little more time to set, so allow 2 hours after this layer to make it the final layer).
Then cover the cake and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
