🔅 Milk cream 200gr
Optional: chocolate chip cookies
PREPARATION:
Beat the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until integrated.In another bowl, beat the cream until it takes shape and integrate with the previous preparation with a spatula.Unroll the pionono, spread the cream, if desired sprinkle with the chocolate chip cookies and roll it up again. Wrap with film and take to the freezer for at least 3 hours.If you want to decorate with a chocolate coating or a white chocolate ganache (equal parts of chocolate and cream)Be sure to try it, it's a one-way trip! Enjoy it!!!
