Ingredients:
• 12 large oysters, shucked and on the half shell
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 2 cloves garlic, minced or garlic purée
• 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (like Tony's)
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika , 1/2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper(optional)
• 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
• Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
1. Preheat grill
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium. Add garlic, old bay seasoning , Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in heavy whipping cream . Remove from heat.
4. Top each oyster with a spoonful of creamy butter sauce, then sprinkle with Parmesan, mozzarella , crawfish tails, and parsley.
5. Grill 5-7 minutes or until oysters start to bubble and slightly char.
6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
