Ingredients:
Bacon
Eggs
Cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
English muffins
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Directions:
1. Start by placing the bacon strips in your air fryer basket. Cook them at 400°F until they’re perfectly crispy, about 7 to 9 minutes depending on your air fryer and bacon thickness. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into a small, air fryer-safe dish. Cook at 300°F until just set, usually 6 to 8 minutes.
3. While your eggs are cooking, split the English muffins and toast them to golden perfection. Spread each half with a bit of butter while they’re still warm.
4. Now, it’s time to put everything together. Layer crispy bacon, fluffy egg, and a generous helping of cheddar cheese onto the bottom half of each muffin. Top with the other half.
5. Serve your sandwiches while they’re nice and warm. Enjoy every delicious, melty bite!
