Zero Point Old Fashioned Pancakes

 Ingredients :

 1 cup all-purpose flour
 1 cup buttermilk
 1 large egg
 2 tablespoons sugar
 1 tablespoon baking powder
 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 2 tablespoons melted butter
Cooking spray or oil for the skillet

 Directions :

 1. Grab a medium mixing bowl and whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until everything is combined.
 2. In a separate bowl, blend the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
 3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined—don’t worry if it’s a little lumpy, that’s perfect for tender pancakes.
 4. Heat your skillet over medium heat and give it a good coat with cooking spray or a light brush of oil.
 5. Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet.
 6. Let the pancakes cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
 7. Serve your pancakes warm, just as they are or with your favorite toppings, and enjoy every bite!
