Ingredients :
Crab legs
Flour
Cornmeal
Eggs
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying
Directions :
1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper until nicely combined.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the milk to make a rich egg wash.
3. Take each crab leg and dip it first in the egg mixture, making sure it’s coated all over, then dredge it in the flour mixture until every nook is covered.
4. Pour your oil into a deep fryer or large, sturdy pot and heat it up to 350°F (175°C).
5. Working in batches, gently lower the crab legs into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and irresistibly crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
6. When they’re ready, use tongs to transfer the crab legs to a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any extra oil. Serve them hot and enjoy every crunchy bite.
