Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos, without filling)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
Additional whipped cream
Mini chocolate chips
Chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
Spoon the filling into the crust.
Chill the Pie:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until it’s set.
Garnish:
Before serving, garnish with additional whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and chopped
peanuts if desired.
