Ingredients:
4 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
1 cup ketchup
2 eggs
1 cup Bisquick (or similar baking mix)
1 medium onion, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
2–3 pounds ground meat (you can use all beef or a mix of beef, pork, turkey, veal, or lamb)
Worcestershire sauce (about 1 tablespoon or to taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ketchup until smooth. Set aside for topping.
Make the Meat Mixture
In a large bowl, combine:
Ground meat
Eggs
Bisquick
Chopped onion
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Mix well until everything is evenly combined (you can use your hands or a spoon).
Shape the Loaves
Form the mixture into small, individual mini loaves (about the size of your palm).
Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Add the Topping
Spoon a bit of the ketchup-brown sugar mixture over the top of each mini loaf.
Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–40 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and the tops are slightly caramelized.
Serve & Enjoy
Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
These mini loaves store perfectly for meal prep — great for lunchboxes or reheating the next day!
