Crockpot Steak Bites

 Ingredients:

2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
 1/4 cup beef broth
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 1 tsp onion powder
 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
 1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
 Fresh parsley, optional, for garnish

 Directions:

 1. Add the cubed sirloin steak right into your slow cooker without browning it first.
 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
 3. Pour the sauce evenly over the steak cubes in the crockpot, making sure everything gets a nice coating.
 4. Scatter the butter pieces on top of the meat to add richness and extra flavor.
 5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the steak is perfectly tender.
 6. Give the steak bites a gentle stir before serving. For a pop of color and freshness, sprinkle with chopped parsley if you like. These steak bites are fantastic served over mashed potatoes, rice, or just on their own.
