Cajun Garlic Butter Lobster Recipe


 

Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠lobster tails 
•⁠  ⁠unsalted butter, softened
•⁠  ⁠cloves garlic, minced
•⁠  ⁠Cajun seasoning (e.g., Tony's or Zatarain's)
•⁠  ⁠paprika
•⁠  ⁠Salt and pepper to taste
•⁠  ⁠Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
•⁠  ⁠Lemon wedges (optional)
-onion, cut into thin slices


Instructions:

1.⁠ ⁠Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.⁠ ⁠Rinse the lobster tails with water and fresh lemon juice and pat dry with paper towels.

3.⁠ ⁠In a sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter and add in desired garlic, sliced onion, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper stir until well combined.

4.⁠ ⁠Place the lobster tails in a oven safe dish coating the bottom if the baking dish with just enough water to steam the lobster while cooking. (About one cup). Cover the baking dish with foil and move to the oven.

5.Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

6.Pour Garlic Butter mixture over lobster tails. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
