Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes


 Ingredients:

 4 chicken thighs or breasts  
 4 medium potatoes, chopped  
 4 cloves garlic, minced  
 2 tablespoons olive oil  
 Salt and pepper to taste  
 1 teaspoon dried rosemary  
 1 teaspoon dried thyme  

 Directions:

 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


 2. Grab a large bowl and add in the chicken, chopped potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Give everything a good toss so it’s nicely coated.

 3. Spread the chicken and potatoes out on a baking sheet, making sure they’re in a single layer for even roasting.

 4. Pop the sheet into your preheated oven and roast for 30-40 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are fork-tender.

 5. Serve this comforting meal hot and enjoy every delicious bite.
