𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲


1 (8oz) Package Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Large Eggs
1 (16.5oz) Box Banana Cake Mix
⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Walnuts, Chopped
1 Cup Vanilla Wafers


Heat oven to 350°F.
Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat until soft (about 2 minutes).
Add 1 egg, vanilla and powdered sugar and beat for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
In another medium mixing bowl, add cake flour, remaining 2 eggs and oil. Blend for 1 minute until well combined.

Pour brownie batter into a greased 13×9 baking pan.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture around the brownie batter. Pierce with a fork and spin.
Top with vanilla waffles.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The center will still be a little soft when taken out.
Cool the mold completely on a cooling rack. Then refrigerate before slicing the brownies.

The texture of the cake mix will be thick, but that's ok.

Be sure to put it in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting
